Activity at Urbandale Plaza has two (2) New Tenants Opening at the end of March 2024!
Sofra Restaurant and Bakery a Turkish Cuisine Restaurant is open for business in the Urbandale Plaza on the Patrick Rd side of the Center.
Also with their Grand Opening on March 29, 2024, Elador Rose Boutique is open for shopping in space in front of Supercuts.
Another new Tenant soon to be open is Royal Nails which is currently under construction.
Penny Cipolla of Innovative Property Services, LLC along with Ben Borruso of Pyramid Brokerage Company and Sam Nobel negotiated the terms of these deals.
