AT&T and Tropical Smoothie Cafe’ – Under Construction in Amherst NY!
A new retail building at 3030 Niagara Falls Boulevard at Robinson Road in Amherst NY will be home to both AT&T and Tropical Smoothie Cafe side by side.
Penny Cipolla of Innovative Property Services, LLC negotiated both deals with Benderson Development on behalf of the Tenants.
AT&T will take 1,350 sf with construction set to begin in Spring 2024.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe’ will open their 6th location in Western New York taking 1,365 sf right next door.
Opening dates are still to be determined.
